泰得意茶廠位於新北市坪林，面積達11.5公頃的有機茶園。是台灣少數同時具備 有機茶園、製茶工坊、完整品管與國際驗證 的專業茶廠。
由百大青農蘇育裕創立，源自六代茶農世家的傳承。他曾在城市擔任汽車產業主管，卻選擇在33歲時回到家鄉，只為守護那片養育他的山林與茶園。
堅持以有機耕作為本，從茶園管理、採摘製程、溫溼度監控到成品包裝，皆遵循國際有機規範，以不混茶、不拼茶的原則，保留每一批次的最純粹風味。
我們相信：
好的茶，必須乾淨、透明、可信賴；更要讓世界品飲到台灣的山水之美。

泰得意多年來專注在有機農法耕作，以友善土地的方式讓茶樹強健生長。
茶園不使用化肥與農藥，保持生態循環，並以人工除草、低密度栽種及生物性防治維持茶園健康。
同時，我們透過 科學化溫溼度監控，搭配老師傅的手工經驗，讓每一批茶葉皆具備穩定的品質與風味。

在「全國有機茶分類分級 TAGs 評鑑」中，泰得意以包種茶、鐵觀音與蜜香紅茶等品項獲得多項 特選、精選、優選 之肯定，是坪林地區極具代表性的有機製茶工坊。

Taideyi Tea Factory｜Crafting the Cleanest Organic Tea through Scientific Monitoring and Artisan Spirit
Taideyi Tea Factory is located in Pinglin, New Taipei City, Taiwan, and operates an 11.5-hectare organic tea plantation. It is one of the few professional tea producers in Taiwan that integrates organic tea gardens, in-house tea processing facilities, comprehensive quality control systems, and international organic certifications.
Founded by Su Yu-Yu, one of Taiwan’s Top 100 Young Farmers, Taideyi traces its roots to a six-generation tea-farming family. After working as an executive in the automotive industry in the city, Su chose to return to his hometown at the age of 33, driven by a desire to protect the mountains and tea gardens that had nurtured him since childhood.
Committed to organic farming as its foundation, Taideyi follows international organic standards throughout every stage of production—from tea garden management and harvesting processes to temperature and humidity monitoring and final packaging. Upholding the principle of no blending and no mixing, we preserve the purest flavor of each individual batch.
We believe that truly good tea must be clean, transparent, and trustworthy, and above all, it should allow the world to experience the natural beauty of Taiwan’s mountains and waters in every cup.

At the same time, we combine scientific temperature and humidity monitoring with the craftsmanship of experienced tea masters, ensuring that every batch of tea delivers consistent quality and refined flavor.

In the National Organic Tea Classification and Grading TAGs Evaluation, Taideyi received multiple distinctions—including Top Grade, Selected Grade, and Premium Grade—for its Baozhong Tea, Tieguanyin, and Honey Aroma Black Tea.
